- You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
- We only accept size exchanges.
- To be eligible for an exchange, products must be in optimal condition, clean, without any makeup, oils, creams, or similar residues, and with all tags and labels intact as delivered.
- For exchanges, the shipping cost must be covered by you. We do not accept products sent with cash on delivery.
- Exchanges must be made for products available at the time the exchange is carried out.
- Garments obtained through exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
- Products on promotion or discount are not eligible for exchange.

If you order before 3pm, you will receive your order the same day. For orders after 3pm, you will receive your order the next day. Cost: $10,000 COP
REST OF COLOMBIA: Delivery times for main cities are between 2-3 business days and for other cities between 3-5 business days. Cost $12,000 COP
INTERNATIONAL: Delivery time is up to 10 business days. Shipments are made through FedEX.
